We wanted to let you know that Terry, K4RX, Dick K5AND, and I are planning a trip to St. Eustatius, PJ5. Dates are 25th – 6th July. The 25th and the 6th are travel days, with no operation planned. Group thinking is that it is best to be on island two full weekends to improve chances for more contacts. Focus will be mostly six metres, no big surprise, and HF to fill in the time between six metre openings. Call, beacon frequency and modes information will be nailed down in next week or so. We are aware PJ5 is the same as PJ6 for DXCC purposes, so this is not a new one. Group thinking is that are some folks who may not have worked PJ6D in 2011 and the HF crowd always seem interested in this kind of stuff.
