Frank Brooker/9y4vu, who contributed much to TTARS and by extension the amateur radio hobby in Trinidad and Tobago.Deepest condolences are extended to his wife, and family on behalf of the Trinidad and Tobago Amateur Radio Society, and may his soul rest in peace, and rise again in glory."
