Website  73 Luis 73, Luis, EA8AYMonday 28 July 2008  GB3TQ - Torbay Repeater Torbay in South West England now has a 6m repeater working. It's callsign is GB3TQ, and it operates on Channel R50-4 (it's output frequency is 50.750 MHz, and it's input is 51.250 Mhz. A CTCSS tone of 77hz is required to open the repeater. The antenna is vertically polarized, and it is located at one of the highest points in the bay, Locator IO80FK. Local, and visiting licenced radio amateurs with a 6m capability are encouraged to use the repeater to increase better communication coverage in the area. I want to tell you that I will change the call sign on my 6m beacon on 57.057MHz from TF3SIX to TF1SIX on Saturday and from that time it will be a new QTH for him, that is HP94SC at my country house on the south coast of Iceland about 1 hour drive from Reykjavik to the east. I will thanks UKSMG for the healp for have the new antenna for the beacon.
