For Windows users, the easiest way to have correct time is to use the built in update.
If you want to update the time every 10 minutes, you can change a registry parameter.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMControlSet001ServicesW32TimeTimeProvidersNtpClient] "SpecialPollInterval"=dword:00002600

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionDateTimeServers] @="1" "1"="ntp.uio.no" "2"="time.nist.gov"

Here is a better recipe for Vista/Win7:

In this way you dont have to use a separate program to keep track of your timing.
