![]() Adrian, G0KOM | Not quite 6m but im restoring a Jaybeam TB3, its going quite well and although the antenna is very old its cleaning up quite well, the traps are in excellent condition for its age, my only problem is the element tips on the outer traps. I have been unable to remove the tips from the outer elements, brute force will not budge them, they appear to have cold welded together, anyone had any experience of this and got any ideas of what my options are to remove the element tip from the trap, this is a pic of one of the offending element tips/trap end![]() [ Edited Sun Nov 15 2009, 09:14PM ] | ||
